SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Items typically ship within 5 business days of purchase. Custom orders typically ship within 10 business days of purchase. Flat rate shipping $3.95 per order.
We at Mutts & Meows want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Any regular priced items purchased are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase (excluding masks). Custom (including personalized) and sale items cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for any fees associated with returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return packages must be postmarked within the aforementioned 14 days from the original purchase date and include a receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been used, altered, or damaged in any way.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Due to the nature of the business and the limited number of each product, we do not offer exchanges.
